Stept Productions a collective of friends that produces ski and snowboard movies. In addition to their annual snow-sports film, Stept creates photo and video content of many mediums. Stept is a partnership between Alex, and Nick Martini that started in 2002 with their first movie, “Stept”, by Martini Productions. Originally based out of Winchester, MA, Stept has moved its head quarters to Boulder, CO. Today Stept has produced nine full lengths movies, and its currently working on their tenth.

Cam Riley, Will DeSena, Judd Burman, Matt Stauble, Isaac Sokol and Connor Scofield have joined up with the Stept team to complete the crew. Stept has also begun to produce video for  clients such as Powder Magazine, Salomon, and The North Face. With the goal to expand their work to non-endemic clients, the future of Stept will be interesting to follow.
